About Affinity Real Estate & Mortgage
Affinity Real Estate & Mortgage Training Services is both a full-service real estate agency and a training facility for aspiring agents. The founder of the Affinity Real Estate & Mortgage Training, Artricia Woods, with a MBA Degree, has been practicing real estate and mortgage for over fifteen years the Southern California area. She has variety of experience in real estate, mortgage and business management. The Affinity Real Estate & Mortgage Training School, founded in 2009, focuses on assisting students to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license. In addition, we offer our students CE (continuing education) courses and other real estate related courses such as ethics 101 and understanding foreclosure prevention services, including loan modifications assistance and training. Since our inception it has been our goal to provide our students with the most accurate and current knowledge necessary to pass the both the National and State NMLS Exams and obtain your license.
