Since 1990, the Affinity Real Estate & Mortgage Services has been a premier provider of residential real estate and mortgage services. In addition, Affinity Real Estate & Mortgage Training division has provided CalBRE and NMLS Approved training to thoughts of aspiring real estate agents and mortgage loan originators (MLO). Services is both a full-service real estate agency and a training facility for aspiring agents. Our Training Facility offers LIVE classroom training designed to assist students to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license (as required by the NMLS). In addition, we offer CalBRE approved pre-licensing courses for aspiring Real Estate Agents as well as a LIVE Crash Course designed to prepare students to pass the Real Estate Salesperson Exam.
Since our inception it has been our goal to provide our students with the most accurate and current knowledge necessary to pass the both the National and State NMLS Exams and obtain your license. Affinity provides training for individuals who are looking to obtain their NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer licensing and need to fulfill their 20 hours of education. In addition, we also teach continuing education each year to Mortgage Loan Officers who need to renew their NMLS licenses.
